Gauge

Scarf:

21 sts and 29 rows = 4“ in Stockinette Stitch

Hat:

21 sts and 40 rnds = 4” in K1, P1 Rib, slightly stretched with smaller ndls.

16 sts and 30 rnds = 4“ in Loop Stitch, blocked with larger ndls.

Note

The hat has a higher yarn consumption than most hats because of the added loops, so the amount of yarn used will vary depending on how large the loops are.
