Shrug Needles:
Size 9 (5.5 mm) double pointed needles or preferred needles for small circumference knitting (for cuffs and sleeve join)
Size 9 (5.5 mm) 16” circular needle (for collar)
Size 10 (6mm) double pointed needles or preferred needles for small circumference knitting (for sleeves)
Size 10 (6mm) 24” or longer circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge (for sleeves)
Shrug Tools:

Notes
Shrug: Each sleeve is worked in the round to the elbow, then worked flat to the neck, where the sleeves are joined together; the remaining sts are then worked in the round for the collar.
Tunic: The back is knit flat, the front left and front right are joined at the top of the shoulders, and then the front is knit flat. The body/torso is joined and knit in the round, and then the split section is knit flat.
