36¼" [92 cm] circumference and 11" [28 cm] high

YARN:
Quince & Co. Puffin / storm 104 / 2 skeins

NEEDLES:
24" circular in size US 13 [9 mm]

GAUGE:
11 sts and 18 rnds = 4" [10 cm] in stockinette stitch

NOTES:
Cowl is knitted in the round.
