Craft: Knitting
This enveloping, dramatic right triangle-shaped shawl is a play on the coiled forms of the Hippodrome’s Serpentine Column, worked flat in simple decrease/increase eyelet-like ridges along simple 1x1 rib rows.
Reverse garter alternating with twisted stitches form the left side, ending in a Twisted Column fluted edge, while the right side builds in ‘fanged’ segments.
Suitable for advanced beginners and intermediate knitters.
