Sizing

Small (Medium, Large)

Hat Circumference: 17.5 (19.25, 22.5) in / 44 (48, 56) cm

Hat Length: 8.5 (9.75, 10.25) in / 21.5 (24.5, 25.5) cm

To fit head sizes: 20 (22, 24) in / 51 (56, 61) cm

Sample size: Shown in size Small on 22 in / 56 cm circumference head.

Yarn

The Satura Beanie is designed with Bulky (CYC 5) yarn. The sample is worked in Malabrigo Mecha (colorway: Paysandu), a single-ply superwash merino wool that is soft and warm. The variegated yarn adds interest to the simple stitch pattern, but it would work well with any colorway.

Needles

US 9 / 5.5 mm 16 in (40 cm) circular needle or one size smaller than main needle

US 10 / 6 mm 16 in (40 cm) circular needle and DPNs (or other needles for working a small circumference in the round) or size needed to obtain gauge

20 sts & 28 rnds = 4 in/10 cm in Slip-Stitch pattern using US 10 (6 mm) needles
