Craft: Knitting

Oddly reminiscent of the safety treads on stairs, the Rise and Run Cowl minds the gap with a delightful contrast color!

As a study in color, the cowl is knit in two different versions: Alegria Grande and Maxima. Use 3 Alegria Grande Bocados to create a subtle gradient. Or, in Maxima, one contrast color high steps its way through the entrelac pattern.

Size

Alegria Grande version: 49” circ x 7½” tall

Maxima version: 50” circ x 8” tall

Yarn

Manos del Uruguay ALEGRIA GRANDE (75% superwash merino, 25% polyamide; approx. 197 yds / 180m per 3.5 oz / 100g), 2 sk MC,
