If you’re thinking about making a gift for a little one in your life, or someone who’s expecting, a simple tee like Remi is a perfect choice. It will be worn often and cherished because it was made with love. Made even better by the yarn you use! Uptown Worsted Hues is the same machine washable anti-pilling acrylic you love in our Uptown Worsted, with gentle shifting colors that work up beautifully as you knit. The Remi tee pattern may be simple, but the button band on the shoulder adds adorable interest, and you can personalize it with your favorite buttons!

Pattern notes

This tee is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up and seamed. There is an extension of ribbing above the shoulders that overlap for button closures. The extension on the front of the work is picked up and worked flat, the back extension is worked with the rest of the Back piece, with no need to pick up stitches.

Regarding yarn requirements: the smallest size takes up nearly a full skein of yarn. You may wish to purchase an extra skein as insurance.
