Craft: Knitting

This pattern is available on Ravelry(goes to new website)(opens in a new tab).

The cape is worked horizontally from the left edge to the right edge in stockinette with a3-stitch garter edge at the beginning and end of every row. Rows are numbered separately for the left and right halves. Stitches are bound off and cast on to create the front opening. Choose your favorite bind-off and cast-on methods which will keep these edges elastic. When working the chart pattern, read all RS rows from right to left, and read all WS rows from left to right. The chart is worked in stockinette: RS rows are knit, WS rows are purled. Always carry the yarns on the WS of the fabric.
