Embrace your inner Parisian with our latest hat pattern, the Merci Beaucoup Beret! I especially love the circle shape and mix of our textured yarns with the faux fur pom poms. We knit our samples in Spun Cloud yarn colors Antique Mauve and Honeysuckle as well as Friendship Bracelet yarn color Quartz Pop.

Skill Level: Intermediate Knitter

Size: One size fits average female head size 22”/56cm circumference

Materials:

1 skein Spun Cloud or Sister yarn (100% Wool, approx. 100 yds/200g)

OR

2 skeins Friendship Bracelet or Daisy Chain yarn (100% Wool, approx 60 yds/125g)

1 faux fur pom pom

Needle Size:

Size US 15 (10mm) double pointed needles (or long circular needles for magic loop)

Size US 15 (10mm) circular needle, 16”/40cm long

Size US 13 (9mm) circular needle, 16” /40cm long

Gauge: 1.5 – 2 sts = 1”/2.5cm in Stockinette stitch on size 15 (10mm) needles
