Jurek (pronounced “joo-RECK”) means “heart” in Kazakh language. The pullover is worked from the bottom up in the round, then worked flat once the Front is separated for the neck opening. If deviating from the recommended ease listed in the pattern, reference the measurements for the upper arm in the final slide of the photos, as this pullover has a relatively close-fitting upper arm.
Finished measurements
Bust: 43¾ (46¼, 50½, 57¼, 60¾, 64, 67¼, 70¾)” / 111 (117.5, 128.5, 145.5, 154, 162.5, 171, 179.5) cm, with intended positive ease of 6 - 12” / 15.5 - 30.5 cm. The model wearing the Straw sample is a 38” bust, wearing the 46¼“ / 117.5 cm size, and the model wearing the Cypress sample is a 49” bust, and wearing the 60¾” / 154 cm size.

Harrisville Highland (worsted weight), 100% Virgin Wool, 200 yards per 100 g skein shown in Straw and Cypress
5 (6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8, 9) skeins

Gauge
19 sts and 24 rnds / rows = 4” / 10 cm in 3x1 ribbing (p3, k1-tbl) on larger needle after gently wet-blocking.
