Craft: Knitting
Seven colors of nubby, flecked MADARA, a dream of silk and alpaca on a wool base, add a down-home feel to a simple, colorblock blanket that will put you in mind of the tricky stacking game. Garter stitch and a steady hand are all you need, and it will only get cozier with every block you add.
The blanket uses a modular technique called strip knitting and is constructed out of strips that are joined tog as each is knit.
