The body is worked flat in one piece, beginning at the Back hem and working up to the shoulders, then each Front is worked separately down to the hem. After seaming the sides, sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole, and the sleeves are worked flat down to the cuffs. Fringe is added around the sleeves for a bit of texture and fun.
