Hand-dyed in County Cork, Ireland, each unique Hedgehog Fibre colorway is inspired by company founder, Beata Jezek’s, personal style. The signature colorways range from dark & moody to fluorescent & vibrant.
A wonderful alternative to mohair, Alpaca Boucle is a luscious blend of super soft alpaca & silk. Fall in love with this lofty, fluffy, textural beauty. Another wonderful feature of this yarn is that it is shed resistant due to tiny loops that hold the fibers & keep them attached.
Knit alone or hold with another yarn to add a soft halo and/or bulk up yarn weight. Hold double for extra fluffy knits. Versatile for garments, scarves, shawls, hats and other accessories

Artisan hand-dyed yarns have natural color variations from skein to skein. Our team will do their best to choose the best matching skeins for your order. Here are some tips to get the best results when knitting with hand-dyed yarns:
- Purchase enough yarn for your entire project
- Alternate skeins by knitting two rows from one skein, then two rows from another skein. This will help to blend color differences.
