This stylish cardigan has a soft structure and velvety halo worked with Vintage Sock and Aerial held together throughout. Heartleaf has a clever construction that begins at each sleeve cuff and works towards the center back in a graceful lace pattern. Once the halves are joined, the lower body stitches are picked up and worked down to the hem.

Lace pattern is both charted and written out.

Needles

32” / 80 cm circular needles, sizes 5 / 3.75 mm and 7 / 4.5 mm or size to obtain gauge
Spare knitting needle, size 7 / 4.5 mm for 3-needle bind off

Waste yarn to hold stitches, 4 stitch markers, 4 removable markers

Gauge

22 sts and 28 rows = 4” / 10 cm in St st on larger needle

20 sts and 28 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Pattern St on larger needle
