Grinnell

This pattern is available to download from Ravelry.

by thepetiteknitter

Light to dark, autumn to winter — inspired by bright sun glinting off coastal crags and the rugged black waters of the Arctic, Grinnell is a light yet insulating layer designed to weather nature’s inexorable march through the seasons. Traditional motifs etch across the colorwork yoke, made timeless in Loft’s rich tweeds. Beautiful in both crisp neutrals and bold color, this seamless sweater is always a perfect fit.

Please note: the stitch patterns used for this garment are charted only.

Construction

  • Garment is worked seamlessly from the top down; at the underarms the piece is divided for the body and sleeves which are worked independently to the hem and cuffs.
  • The pattern includes two optional sections of short row shaping to improve the fit at the back neck and chest.
