by Sarah Solomon – Into the Wool
Flynn is a set-in sleeve pullover worked flat in pieces from the bottom up featuring a timeless combination of simple cables and garter rib. The body is unshaped and directions are given for four length options––cropped, hip-length, tunic, and dress. The 2x2 Rib trim flows into the main patterning for an added detail and the cable patterns are simple and easy to memorize. Carefully-planned selvedge stitches simplify sewing the sweater together.
