An easily memorized stitch pattern in cushy Osprey is the main element of this satisfying cowl—provisionally cast on, worked flat, joined with a three-needle bind off, this piece is made to fly off the needles, lickety-split.

29 (58)" [73.5 (147.5] cm] circumference and 8½" [21 cm] deep

YARN:
Quince & Co. Osprey / 2 (3) skeins / shown in Glacier 105 (shorter version) and Fjord 138 (long version)

NEEDLES:
pair in size US 10½ [6.5 mm] / spare needle in size US 10½ [6.5 mm]

GAUGE:
17 sts and 24 rows = 4" [10 cm] in arrow panel, after wet blocking
