by Amy van de Laar
Inspired by the curves of orchid leaves against the beams of a domed greenhouse, lace flows into twisted rib in both the Ensata scarf and cowl. Both are worked in worsted-spun, fingering weight Peerie yarn to highlight the texture of the lace and ribbing. The scarf can also be knit using laceweight Vale yarn to create an airier fabric.
