Craft: Knitting

The Contrails Cardigan is inspired by the long white feathery contrails left in the sky as planes pass overhead. Have you ever daydreamed as you watched clouds pass and traced the contrails across the sky?

The Contrails Cardigan is knit with one strand of Marina (laceweight) and 2 strands of Cabrito (mohair) in two different colors. Together, the colors are subtle and soft, shifting over the course of the garment. Knit at a larger gauge, the fabric becomes soft and airy and cloud-like.

Knit from the top down seamlessly, the Contrails Cardigan is a garment of simple construction yet timeless silhouette. With Marina's yardage coming in at 874 yds/skein, only one is needed for any size selected!
