There’s something a teeny bit magical about our Cast Away yarn. It’s cocoon-like texture and melange colors make it a totally unique yarn to knit with. The Boho Fable Hat showcases this yarn beautifully. You’ll mix knit and purl rows to create a simple slouchy hat shape, full of handspun texture. We like the rib brim rolled up and have knit this hat to be slightly longer so you can do this with easy. It’s cozy, warm and just a wee bit magic!

Materials:
2 skeins of Cast Away yarn - in contrasting colors, as our sample, or in the same color if you prefer that look! We knit this sample in Cast Away colors, Coconut Sparkle (main color) and Oak (contrasting color at top). I also used stash yarn in neon pink for the embroidered whip stitching - totally optional but adds a fun handmade touch!
