Blue Sky Fibers North Star Cowl Kit

Ready for crisp autumn & winter days, the North Star Cowl is a warm & cozy cowl that pairs beautifully with outdoor outfits.  Inspired by the aurora borealis, the cowl features a stranded colorwork pattern of abstract stars.  Ranging in colors from deep plums to gorgeous blues, the pattern flows perfectly to create a visually interesting piece that is fun to knit.

The cowl is knit in Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Light, a single-ply, fingering weight yarn that is soft, yet sturdy.  Spun from 100% Highland wool, the yarn works well for colorwork, cables, stripes & textured stitch patterns.  The color palette is rich & well rounded.
