Craft: Knitting

This pattern is available on Ravelry(goes to new website)(opens in a new tab).

Baladi means country style in Arabic. As in English, it can mean country or it can mean country. In this case, I mean country cute and sweet. This is the kind of hat you would wear while in the country or trying to remember your visit there. Knit entirely in one piece, with very minimal sewing (only enough to tack the bow to the hat so it does not flop around), this is cleverly and creatively constructed. Baladi is a quick knit, sized from infant to large adult, making it perfect for gift making.

I am so honored to be releasing this as part of Malabrigo Yarn’s Quickies program, and hope you will enjoy this quick and fun project.
