Alice Sweater is a soft and loose-fitting sweater with stripes, a round neckline and slim sleeves. The sweater is worked in the round from the top down using 2 strands of either Merino or Pure Silk + 1 strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout. The neckline is first shaped with short rows before the yoke is further shaped with raglan increases. Body and sleeves are divided at the underarms, and each part finished separately.

Yarn:

2 strands of either Knitting for Olive Merino or Pure Silk (250 m 273 yd / 50 g 1.8 oz), fingering- weight yarn, 1 ball for all sizes in color 1 (top), 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2) ball(s) in color 2 (middle) and 1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2) ball(s) in color 3 (bottom)

1 strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair (225 m 246 yd / 25 g 0.9 oz), lace-weight yarn, 1 ball in each color for all sizes.

Needles:

5 mm / US8 and 6 mm / US10 circular and double-pointed needles, or in size to obtain gauge

Gauge (after blocking):

15 sts and 22 rows = 10 cm 4” in st st with 6 mm / US10 needles
