This design is in honor of our friend Aimée. Always so chic, always so stylish, always finding the right colors.
This is a simple (or not so simple, as you’ll discover) cardigan. Many could easily miss it among so many other designs. This is our friend Aimée’s talent. We designers can do a fabulous job tailoring a design to perfection. But our work is always, always tied to yarns that we use. When we find the perfect yarn it’s the beginning of a beautiful romance.
This cardigan has abundant ease, with perfectly tailored shoulders and set-in sleeves. It is worked seamlessly from the top down. The sleeves are picked up and worked in the round. The button-bands are worked once the cardigan is finished, to give the finished piece a professional look.
