Murano Squares Bandana by Susan Ashcroft(goes to new website)(opens in a new tab) Favorite Worsted or DK weight Yarn
Enjoy playing with some high contrast knitting with a new bandana cowl design by Susan Ashcroft. The slipped stitch, mosaic cowl may be knit in either a DK or worsted weight yarn. We love the piece with a high contrast solid/tonal paired with a variegated colorway for the little “windows” to really pop.
Susan used the darker, solid as her main color & a fun variegated for the contrast color. Some of the recommended yarns for the project include Malabrigo Rios, Washted, Arroyo or Noro Silk Garden. We also think the project would be fun using Cascade 220 Superwash Wave + 220 Superwash or Urth Yarns Uneek Worsted + Harvest Worsted.
