Experience the wonderful texture of Berroco Vernazza. The unique construction wraps colorful viscose around a core of undyed cotton and linen resulting in a yarn that may be worked at a larger gauge for a relaxed fabric or more tightly for structured pieces.
The headline piece of the Vernazza pattern collection is the Bonassola poncho by designer Åsa Buchta. A pleasure to knit, the piece features a basketweave stitch pattern on the front & back center panel. The front and back are worked separately, then seamed at the shoulders & inside the garter stitch side panels at the sides to finish. It works with a large range of outfits from dresses & skirts to jeans.
