Catch a cozy cabin feel wherever you are with the Brentwood Throw by Michael Vloedman. Knit in Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Tweed, the throw features simple color changes combined with a fun slip stitch pattern to create the soft, textural delight.
Woolstok Tweed is a smooshy, fine Highland wool tweed studded with beautiful Donegal wool bits. The plump, round (Aran weight) strand makes cables, textured stitches & ribbing really pop!
To make shopping even easier, we have created the Brentwood Throw Kit that includes all of the yarn & printed pattern. *Size US 11, 40” circular needles not included.
For those of you who would like to choose your own color palette, you will need:
- 17 balls total Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok Tweed
- Main Color A: 9 skeins (enough to do fringe), Rolled Oats in photo
- Color B: 2 skeins, Deep Earth in photo
- Color C: 2 skeins, Sage Rose in photo
- Color D: 2 skeins, Plum Brandy in photo
- Color E: 2 skeins, Tiger Lily in photo
Designer Michael Vloedman also created a lovely knit pillow pattern that matches the throw. The Brentwood Pillow uses a similar slipped stitch pattern to create the design.
Knit in Woolstok Tweed, the pillow requires:
- Color A: 3 skeins, Rolled Oats in photo
- Color B, C, D: 1 skein each, Sage Rose, Plum Brandy, Tiger Lily in photo
- Size US 9, 24” circular & double point needles
