Avalanche by Heidi Kirrmaier is that perfect piece we envision wearing in front of a toasty fire. Knit seamlessly in the round, from the top down, the sweater has the shaping & construction of a basic pullover. But then things get interesting...falling down the front is a stunning wide cable & lace panel design. The sweater truly looks great on everyone & features sizing up to a 63.5” bust.
Knit in Cascade Ecological Wool (aran/ light bulky), the sweater works up surprisingly quickly. Spun with 100% Peruvian Highland wool, the yarn comes in sweater-friendly, 478 yard (250g) skeins. It is such a pleasure to have longer, continuous knitting & fewer ends to weave in.
