These popular notions are the perfect knitting companion for the Gentle Spirit Tee by Hanna Maciejewska. This new pattern is knit in The Fibre Co. Amble. Amble is a machine washable, fingering weight yarn like no other. When designing the yarn, the Fibre Co. sought to create a yarn that is gentler to the planet....To do this, they blended recycled nylon, non-chlorine washed Merino wool & alpaca fiber treated with an eco-friendly, anti-shrink, easy-wash treatment.
The Gentle Spirit Tee captures the essence of lightness & elegance. This seamless, top-down tee features a wide boat neck, as well as delicate lace details across the top. Loosely fitted, yet refined, it offers just the right amount of ease without being too oversized. The front and back are worked separately from the top down to the underarm before being joined to knit the body in the round. With short row shaping for the neck and shoulders, the tee is as thoughtfully constructed as it is beautiful.
