Isager Japansk Bomuld

A unique tape yarn crafted from 100% cotton with the structure of linen.  Similar to linen, the yarn can feel a bit stiff, but once the yarn is knit, worn & washed, it becomes softer.  The yarn may be knit alone or combined with other yarns to create incredible summer fabrics.  We love it combined with Isager Alpaca 1, 2, or Silk Mohair.

The yarn is a lace weight, however it is typically knit on larger needles for a more open gauge or paired with other yarns to create fingering or sport weight knits.  The curated color palette includes sophisticated pastels & neutrals.  It is a lovely yarn for summery tops, tees, tanks, cardigans & scarves.
