Henningsen by Deborah Doherty
Woolfolk Tåge, color 28
Wrap up in pure luxury with the Henningsen cardigan by Deborah Doherty. Ideal for all seasons & climates, the piece is knit in Woolfolk Tåge, a cloud-like yarn spun with Ultimate Merino wool (17.5 microns!) & mohair.
Tåge has an extremely soft hand with a gorgeous halo that gives a romantic glow to garments & accessories. The chainette construction ensures that garments knit are lofty, light & airy, but still substantial.
Knit in pieces & seamed, the cardigan is thoughtfully designed with a slipped stitch selvedge edge to make seaming a snap. This is a great feature if you have not worked a pieced garment before. The hems & front bands are conveniently knit with the pieces. A cozy, relaxed silhouette is completed with deep dropped shoulders & attractive pockets.

If you are looking for a smaller project, try the Trekant cowl by Jean-Philippe Cliche. This sophisticated cowl uses 1 skein each of four colors in heavenly Woolfolk Får. It is constructed bottom-up, in the round using a very cool “intarsia in the round” technique! Love it!
Happy Knitting!
