Plump, round & sturdy, new Arbor Lodge has incredible structure & memory for beautiful knit garments that will wear exceptionally well. With unparalleled stitch definition, this 7-ply, bulky weight is ideal for cables, textured stitches & stranded colorwork.
Sourced, spun & dyed in the United States, Arbor Lodge is worsted-spun with 100% Targhee wool. In addition to being durable, the yarn is also soft & measures in at 23.5 microns.
The Biggie Rib Hat by Jared Flood is a stylish & satisfying knit that truly suits everyone. Worked in the round, the hat features 1x1 ribbing, as well as a unique ribbed decrease that allows the hat to be reversible.
The pattern includes instructions for a beanie or watchcap style & is sized newborn to adult. Depending on the size or style, the hat requires just 1-2 skeins of Arbor Lodge.
Our second hat feature is the Burnaby Hat also by Jared Flood. Winding cables and a delicate seeded tree sprouts from a brim of half-twisted rib, which can be worked to shorter or longer lengths to achieve your desired fit.
Both hats may be knit in new Brooklyn Tweed Arbor Lodge or woolen-spun favorite Quarry for a rustic luxe look...of course, you may also want to knit one in each yarn!
